Every single part — new or pre-owned — is tested before installation and come with warranty. This also means less hardware ending up in landfill, which we think matters. Yes — when they're properly tested, absolutely. PC components are built to last far longer than most people use them. A graphics card from a few years ago that's been well maintained will perform exactly as it should. We don't use anything we wouldn't put in our own machine, and every part is stress tested as part of the build process. If something doesn't pass, it doesn't go in.

These terms apply to all services provided by ATTSPCB, a sole trader based in Kent, England. By placing an order or enquiry with us, you agree to these terms.
If you supply your own components, we are not liable for faults, incompatibilities, or damage arising from those parts. Our warranty covers labour only in this case.
Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Due to the bespoke nature of custom builds, we are unable to offer refunds once parts have been ordered and work has begun. If you wish to cancel before parts are ordered, any deposit paid will be refunded in full.
If your build develops a fault within the 12-month warranty period due to our workmanship, we will repair it at no cost. If the fault is caused by a component failure, we will assist you in pursuing a manufacturer warranty claim.
Peripherals and software sourced on your behalf are subject to the manufacturer or retailer's own return policy. We will assist you in processing any returns where possible.
To request a refund or raise a complaint, contact us at attspcb@gmail.com with your name, order details, and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
